I have the 120v Tesla mobile charger that comes with the car. Will this work? or do i need to get a 240 charger in order to make it work?

The Tesla mobile charger can charge at 240v with optional plugs available in the Tesla store. You need to buy the plug that matches your neocharge.

What makes the Smart Splitter safe?

The Smart Splitter has been thoroughly tested for electrical safety by Underwriters Laboratory (UL), the global leader in tech safety. It also has power sensing and an internal software breaker built into it for additional safety mechanisms. The Smart Splitter is the only splitter of its kind that has a UL safety certification and over-the-air upgradable firmware/software.

Can it be set or is it set with one side as a priority?

The Smart Splitter has a primary (priority) on the left and a secondary outlet on the right. The primary will always take priority so usually you want to plug in your car that you use more often into this outlet. This ensures that your outlet is not overloaded. There is also an option to set both of your cars to charge at half power at 20 Amps each, in which case both cars will be able to charge at the same time.

Is this Wi-Fi enabled and it there an app to control it?

Yeah it's wifi enabled but you don't need an app to control it. It does the switching on its own. Contacted NeoCharge and enrolled in their beta program which allows you to see current usage. They said they're building out additional features that will be available down the line.
