Just 1 step below a bidirectional scanner
Initially couldn't update, but customer service took care of issue in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for more from this scanner for the price point. Does have active functions, you can read all function inputs in real time, when you tap on fault codes, it calls up codes related videos and articles on the fix. Love that feature. It's fast, easy to get up to speed and intuitive. Comfortable to handle and text is adjustable for older eyes. Wouldn't change a thing

Not working as advertised!
Had this scanner for about a year and a half and used it a couple times for my own personal vehicles as I'm retired now. I tried to use it to put my grandsons 2015 fusion in service mode to replace the rear brake pads and could not do it. Had already downloaded the user guide and this scanner is certainly supposed to do this function as advertised. I am familiar with scanners as I was a mechanic for many years and used snap on scanners with no problems but when I was looking for one for my own personal use I liked what I read about this one with all it promised, free updates, tech support and price point. I am very let down with the tech support as I emailed and what I considered clearly explained my issue but the response I got was way off the mark or beneficial to me at all. Back and forth emails and I still can't get the tech support to understand my fairly simple request. Putting and reloading the car in a service mode that is advertised it will do.I told them that if issue cannot be resolved I really would like a refund as I've kept scanner like new, original box, paperwork, etc. Machine is absolutely no good at all for my use if it can't do the tasks that it is advertised to do. Responses I get seem to be AI generated as they seem to miss what I'm trying to resolve.Like the looks of it, used for scanning a couple of codes but useless to me otherwise.

Very useful tool
Very useful tool. I was able to read all DTC codes on two Honda cars and two Dodge trucks. All, meaning ABS, SRS, as well as engine codes. One of the Dodge trucks even had an error code indicating someone had tried to play a bad CD!This is about as top of the line as you can go before getting into a two way unit. I may get one of those in the future but for now I don't have a need nor a desire to rewrite new ECU values.

Great scanner
Easy to use, lots of features, and free updates. Works great, already used it to force a DPF regeneration on my ecodiesel Jeep.

A little learning curve getting used to this unit but very happy with what it can do for the money!!
