Great for down time on layovers!
Durable , space saving and strength training all in one! On flight layovers or on vacation, there’s always a minute or two that you can strengthen knees, ankles, foot range of motion and even my arthritic hands!

Exactly what the PT required
These bands are really helping me recover from a muscle strain. With five levels of resistance, there is bound to be one that works for you. Plus, it comes in a nice drawstring bag to keep it organized. I took them to PT and she helped me choose the right strength and showed me exercises.

This came in its own bag there are several sizes, I needed them to strengthen my legThey have worked well, no breakage and have helped with what the dr wanted.

NOT mini
These are good-quality exercise bands, but they are not "mini." The ones I received measure a full 12 inches long; the full-sized ones I bought from a different vendor are 11 inches. (The "mini" that I bought from a different source on Amazon are 9 inches)
