Q: How long should I use this breathing trainer every time I use it?

My lung capacity is always a bit low despite my regular running, so I've been wanting something like this for years. I got the flu at Christmas and found my breathing got worse, I try this every morning and night for a few 3-5 minutes of awesomeness. I thought it worked for me.

I bought this for my wife who suffers from conditions like asthma and COPD. Her lungs sometimes produce large amounts of phlegm, which she often finds difficult to transfer. When I gave it to her, she tried it, and we were both amazed at how easy it was to get the phlegm out of her lungs. Definitely recommend using it.

This is only an exhalation divice. It is for use on it's own... Or alongside safe products that may/could loosen mucus from the airway.

Q: There are two balls in this breathing trainer, how do you know which ball you should use?

I use the medium-sized of 2 the balls that come with it becasue it vibrates quite well and (quite correctly) Get the angle right and it should vibrate quite well when you blow out.
