Will these fit an 11yr old girl?

They are pretty stretchy. I guess it depends on how big her arms are. I bought them for my husband, who is about 220 pounds. They also fit me just fine and I’m 130 pounds

Does it fit a 5 10" man?

I guess it would depend on the size of his arm. I am 5’7 and my husband is 6’. It fits both of us.
