Game changer for me
Decided to purchase this because I have sciatica issues, poor posture and sit at desk for work many hours a day. I go to a chiropractor once a month as well as get a massage monthly. I figure, why not give this a try seeing it’s a minimal cost compared to my monthly massage. I’m not sure why people feel this is hard to put on. It’s easy, immediately supports your lower back and gives you excellent posture. I’ll be interested to see what the long-term benefits are but so far, I’m very happy with this purchase. I am regular Amazon shopper and although I don’t write reviews often, I felt it was necessary this time around as there are so many people with back pain. Relief!

Don't waste your money
I suffer from chronic back pain. Bought it to see if my pain was posture related. It made the pain worse.

Fixing My Posture - So Far, So Good
I’ve always had pretty terrible posture. I tend to stand with a sway-back—hips jutted out front, knees locked, butt tucked, and shoulders rounded. I like to sleep on my stomach with a pillow under my chest, which is pretty much the same thing but laying down. Sitting, I tend to slump down and lean back, resting on my tailbone or even the back of my hips. After decades of this, I’ve developed a pretty nasty posterior pelvic tilt (google it). Due to tight, imbalanced muscles, I physically can’t stand or sit straight for more than a few minutes without getting tired and uncomfortable. It also looks weird and makes me a little self-conscious around cameras.Recently, it’s become clear to me that this situation is no longer tenable. About a year ago, I started a part-time school program while continuing with full-time work, which means I’m now spending 10-12 hours a day in a chair, even on weekends. There’s a near-constant dull ache in my lower back. I find myself shifting in my seat constantly, trying to get comfortable. But every position makes something else hurt. And it certainly doesn’t help that I’ve got a more… experienced body than I used to.There a number of stretches and strengthening exercises you can do to fix posterior pelvic tilt. I’ve been doing them every day for a couple weeks now. The problem is that 10 minutes of corrective stretching won’t do much if you have bad posture the other 1,430 minutes a day. You’ve got to make an effort to stand and sit straight, and I just can’t do it.So that’s where these straps come in. I wear them whenever I’m sitting, and they force me to sit upright with a neutral pelvis. It’s only been a few days, but I’m pleased enough that I ordered another set so I could leave one at work. Here are my thoughts:Fit: I’m 6’6 and 230 lbs, and these fit me fine, though there isn’t much room to go bigger. I also think the waist pad could be a little wider (the upper strap digs into my hips a little), though this shouldn’t be a problem for a smaller person.Comfort: More padding would be nice, but isn't necessary. If I relax completely against the back support, it gets kind of uncomfortable after about an hour. But I try not to, because I want to strengthen the supporting muscles that help me sit upright. I try to sit up under my own power, with the straps just serving as a reminder/extra support. Doing that, I can go all day.Build quality: It’s only been a few days, but these seem reasonably durable. I was worried at first about the straps ripping away from the back support—they don't seem to be reinforced at the attachment point—but they seem to be holding up well even under a lot of tension.I’ll note that these seem to be a knock-off of a Kickstarter-backed product that sells on Amazon for over three times as much. I haven’t tried that one, but I’m not sure how you could make this product three times better.

Two Stars
The sides twist and it is hard to keep them straight. The concept is good

This is an amazing product for anybody who works on an assembly line or plays video games
So I saw this product and I thought it was a really good idea. Like I totally wish I invented this. But it works even better than I thought. You can adjust it so that the pressure moves to your upper back. But it's great all the pain I get from slouching is completely gone. And all the situations where I had to sit for a long period of time I've gained exponentially more endurance for. Now I can play Zombies without having to take a break to stretch for at least three to four hours. Usually I have to get up every 15 to 20 minutes and stretch. Now I can just game harder.

Great Product
Love this! I saw another version of this product on TV for MUCH more. I work in my home office a lot and not getting up and down to meet with coworker, etc as I did in my prior career causes me to sit for much longer periods. I wondered why my lower back was still and I'd get mild headaches... because I was sitting in the wrong position too long.Just got this and WOW it's great. It really corrects my posture and pain is gone.
