I had been looking for a toaster that could toast a variety of breads and not break the bank.After reading some of the reviews I was concerned if I made the right choice. I’ve had it about a month or so and have NEVER had an issues. We use it several times a week.It’s toast a variety of breads and even warms them when needed. It’s very easy to switch bread types and toasting levels. I’ve never had anything not perfectly toasted as image implies, so the timer is spot on. I’ve even toasted over sized sourdough and it fits in the slots great. It’s easy to clean and look so nice on my counter.The price isn’t to bad compared to some others making this toaster a must have for us. It’s better then buying some of those from Walmart or Target that aren’t so pretty but cheap and cheaply made.

Overall, I like the features and design of this unit. My only complaint is that it does not toast both sides of the bread evenly (one side is always lighter than the other). In addition, the touch setting take a bit of getting used to. It is very easy to use, yet there isn't a lot of user control once a selection has been made. It is very easy to burn your toast selection on the first try.Please note that the instruction booklet has information that may not apply to the model you receive.

I had high hopes for this. Unfortunately missed the mark.First, know that the pictures of the doneness and types of bread are not touch buttons. The user has to press the buttons below to advance the settings.Next, and most what I was looking forward to, was getting the doneness right with the type of bread the user selects. I tried a bagel on the bagel setting that was 3 settings from the darkest. It burned the back of the bagel and did nothing to the inside part, like it was still fresh. It's as if the inside heat didn't function.Secondary disappointment is that the tray mechanism that lowers and raises the bread felt loose and flimsy.Will be returning this one, unfortunately. Good thing I didn't throw away the old one yet.

The media could not be loaded. This toaster is beautiful enough to remain out on the counter, but it just hasn't worked out for me. For the first day or two, the toaster has an awful burning smell when used, but it goes away quickly. It toasts sliced bread and bagels in literally no time, but it burns toaster strudels. To my dismay, my super picky eater won't eat anything but toaster strudels in the morning, and this toaster has burned every single one I've tried to cook. When you just use the defrost option, it's brown on the outside but still cold on the inside. If you toast it further after the defrost cycle, it burns badly. I really enjoy it otherwise, but this just doesn't work for my family. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't care for toaster pastries lol!
