Revolution R180S Touchscreen Toaster, 2-Slice Smart Toaster with Patented InstaGLO Technology & Panini Mode

I love the sleek style, touch controls and reliable toasting with multiple possibilities. I bought the Panini Press and use it every week for quick and perfectly toasted sandwiches. I had an occasion to use their Customer Service and found it to be very helpful. I think the toaster would make a unique wedding gift.

So the cost is extreme but after having and using it for six months, I can share that as a single person who was constantly throwing out bread, bagels, English muffins, etc. because I wasn’t able to eat a whole loaf/bag before they’d go bad, I have saved a ton of money by being able to throw my bread items in the freezer vs the trash can. The toaster does an amazing job of toasting items that are pulled directly from the freezer! I was super skeptical at first but somehow it really does work. Again it’s a big upfront investment but I would highly recommend if you (like me), can slowly recoup your investment by not wasting money on bread products being thrown out because they go bad before you can consume them. I haven’t done the actual math but I would bet within three years the toaster will have paid for itself in bread not getting tossed out.

The ease of use on this toaster is amazing! Though I'll admit, one has to experiment a little bit with the toasting levels as I found they're not 100% match with the picture. Only reason I didn't give the touchscreen 5 stars is I had issues with my toaster and the touchscreen basically froze up. Fortunately, it was within warranty and the company provided great customer service in replacing it. Definitely a great purchase!!

I love this product! It makes breakfast a luxury activity by preparing toast on a touchscreen. I got it for myself for Christmas and I haven’t missed breakfast at all ever since! It’s so fun picking exactly how toasted you want it on the screen and I’ll even watch the countdown on the screen sometimes it’s so fun!

For $300 you would expect the best toasting experience, but it's the opposite. The rails inside that are supposed to hold the bread centered both fall to the outside, and because the toaster heats up so fast, it almost sets the top of the bread that is really close to the heating elements on fire if you don't pay attention. Because it heats up so fast it works terrible on frozen items, it burns the outside really fast while the inside doesn't have a chance to warm up and it's still cold. From what I can tell all the different settings that are programmed into it don't actually do anything different either. Having to select the type of item your toasting then the toast level and then press start every single time is completely annoying and I can't believe they have it designed this way. I never knew trying to make toast could be such a frustrating experience over and over again until I owned this thing

I love the sleek design and e-features. I just wish you could schedule toaster so that bread would be warm while multitasking

The toaster worked perfectly for only 6 months, but was immediately replaced with one that worked for only one toasting, but then that one was immediately replaced, too. Now this third one is still working great after a few months. I am impressed with how customer service was so kind and helpful, and quick to remedy the problem. New technology is always fun, but understandably fickle sometimes. 5 star rating for the good treatment on the phone calls and emails, plus the fact that they stand behind their product.

This is the most top end toaster I’ve ever seen - we all love it! Set up was super easy and we just tried the panini press last night! Super easy and toasted to perfection. One less thing to worry about in the morning..no burnt toast or baked goods!
