Very unhappy. Finally got around to using this spool. It started off great and the prints were some of the easiest I have ever printed to separate from the rafts and the quality was good. The problem came in the form of extreme brittleness in the filament feeding into the head. I had multiple breaks where the print was ruined because partway through the filament would snap and the machine wouldn't stop trying to print. If I just got a bad batch, I'm willing to try another, but I am not spending any more money on this stuff and would recommend you avoid it too if this performance is any indication of how it behaves with others. I'll be sticking to Hatchbox for now.

A little temperamental. I had to raise my nozzle temp to 240C to prevent filament getting stuck and bed to 100C to stop the curling..another reviewer had to drop his temp to 110, so might be an inconsistent product.Addendum: This stuff warps a lot more than my other ABS reels. I had to stop a number of prints because of excessive warping and tweaking temperature seems to help less than other reels.

I actually received PLA so can not review the black ABS. However, SUNLU was responsive in correcting the error. This review is for the white SUNLU ABS which was shipped as ordered.For me, this ABS was a solid product. It is more flexible than some ABS. It is consistent and strong, and my results were almost comparable to PETG, but responded well to acetone smoothing. I would purchase again, but do recommend checking that the label on the reel matches the box when receiving it.

The ABS was brittle and did not extrude well, i lost 3 different prints due to the filament snapping mid print before the extruder. the prints i did get finished looked under extruded and were not strong enough to be useful. I tried calibrating the heat and extrusion settings without any real success, and finally gave up and printed my parts in pink I had left over from another job.

I'm not the biggest fan since I haven figured out how to print with this filament. I would not recommend this to a beginner such as myself. I do have a heated bed, fans off etc, prints fine one minute and seams to always break about 50% thru the print

I wanted to try some cheap ABS for a couple of prints for a friend. The filament was tangle free and printed well. I ran at 240c/90c onto glass/hairspray with no warping. Very low odor as well, which was a bonus. I measured the diameter in several places along the roll and it stayed between 1.73mm to 1.75mm. Good stuff.

Good quality filament. Works fine in my son’s 3D pen. I would like to see the picture used in the listing change tho. Granted I should’ve read the listing closer but I thought we would be getting several small rolls of multicolored filament.

Sometimes the cheapest is the best and this one is one of those. Couldn't get my normal Hatchbox Black ABS in time for a project, so I tried this and it matches very well to the Hatchbox color of black.
