This simple timer is great! You MUST have a neutral wire in the switch box. I like the 30 min max so I don't loose too much heat out of the house, but still get the humid air out. Did you know that most bathroom fans shouldn't run for extended periods of time for safety reasons? This keeps you safe also!!

I purchased this timer in April 2021 and it is now dead!(Feb2024) ..... it did not even last 3 years!!!! A poor showing!

Lasts about 5 years. This is our second replacement in 10 years.
