I no longer have problems with water retention on my legs and less inflammation also. I used to get gout in my toes and it has now disappeared. Very happy with this product!

This really eases my shoulder joint pain. I ran out and boy did I suffer - the pain/discomfort was prohibiting me from falling asleep/staying asleep. 64F who has lived in AZ for 54 yrs. Believe it or not, the cold weather and stormy/rain really causes me pain and stiffness. When I take this consistently along w/my other daily supplements it REALLY helps. I am striving to use supplements for health vs OTC/Rx's. I appreciate the strength, quality and effectivesness of this product. Not a paid review - repeat buyer and I know it works for me.
