lactoferrin is a iron attached to a lacto molecule. Much better than iron oxide which can NOT be absorbed. Lactoferrin is more likely to be water based and therefore more available to be absorbed. I taking it to increase my hemaglobin. In six months I'll know if it works. I'll get my blood count again.

Get this for low ferritin! ... like... NOW!

So story time- about a year ago my 3 year old was on the verge of having to take iron pills. Iron pills can cause all sorts of damage along with staining little ones teeth permanently. I was desperate to find an alternative for him.My son has a genetic condition that makes him more susceptible to anemia and low iron. I tried to no avail to get him to eat chicken and beef liver 🤢 even blended it in other things. He wasn't having it. I heard about lactoferrin in a homeopathic fb group. I gave it a try. I take a capsule and use half in a applesauce pouch every morning. Six months later he had bloodwork done and guess what?? Ferritin was back up to normal and bloodwork looked great!I highly HIGHLY recommend this to any one struggling to get their levels back up. Lactoferrin takes the iron from your food and body and puts it to good use. 👍 no iron pills necessary and a healthy happy boy! I keep this on reorder now.

cheap and works

this is one of the few types of supplements i do not need to drink water with because it does not taste horrible. i will say this brand doesn't taste as good as another brand i normally took but has become 11 dollars more expensive. the expensive one tasted more like a powder creamer and this one is more chaulky and sticks to my teeth more easily. but this one does what i need it to do. like many over weight people have lectin problems that they mistake for them being celiac, this lactoferrin does help me eat any lectin heavy foods like seeds and grains without the discomfort that came with eating them. love this stuff.
