So story time- about a year ago my 3 year old was on the verge of having to take iron pills. Iron pills can cause all sorts of damage along with staining little ones teeth permanently. I have to admit i was a bit skeptical at first but overall I am very pleased with how I am feeling and looking.I have done a fair amount of research on gut health and how it relates to skin health. I am someone who has constantly battled with acne. Once I've stumbled upon how Lactofarrin not only helps with the bodies Iron absorption but also assists in promoting good gut health and reducing overall inflammation in the body I was intrigued.I am already half way through my SECOND bottle and my skin and stomach could not be happier.As someone that does absolutely everything to try and control my acne, it is frustrating when NOTHING you do works. I do admit it works best with used simultaneously with Zinc, so I use Zitsticka formulation alongside this. I was so hopeful to raise my ferritin with this. Please be very CAUTIOUS if that’s your goal! My ferritin was at 31. After 3 weeks of taking this… it’s 21. Though my iron profile looks good (and did before starting lactoferrin), it obviously pulls from ferritin. Definitely not taking it again.
