Can I add a 300 frosted swing door to this screen

not sure - I think you may have to buy as a complete unit. I would ring the company. Th screen is excellent Hope you get sorted

The support bar is 1000mm but I only need 800mm. Do people cut them down or buy separate ones to fit or do are screens available with shorter ones?

Not sure - check out the website. If the end pieces of the bar detach you may be able to cut it down. Just checked the end brackets do detach
