Pyrroloquinoline quinone is present in many natural foods that we consume, or should consume anyway, such as parsley, green pepper, kiwi, papaya, spinach, and a few more... Quinine on the other hand, the main source is cinchona tree bark, but it does occur naturally in grapefruit also.
