Stops working
After using it twice.the machine won’t work anymore.each time I tried to make the mask,when I poor the water(60ml),the water will come out right of the machine,it didn’t give me the option to pour the juice,or the pill.such a disappointment.

Easy to use
Very easy to use. Even if you lose your instruction booklet, the directions are on the machine and you're prompted to put the correct materials at the right time, so don't worry! I love using it and experimenting with different types of fruit juices. Super soothing and cooling. Also, kinda great that I'm not using sheet masks, as they're not super environmentally friendly.

Supposed to have 4 pack of 8 but there was 3 and one was empty open pill , the pack was already open , it’s seems like we received a use one from older customer that used .
