LifeStrawPeak Series - Collapsible Squeeze Bottle Water Filter System - 1L for Trail Running, Camping, Hiking, Travel, Cycling, and Fishing; Mountain Blue

I recently switched from hard bottles and purification tablets to this bottle. Here is what I love about it:-Flexible; fits in the side pocket of my cargo shorts/pants and molds to the shape. Hard bottles do not fit well and stretch out the pocket.-Fill up and go; no need to worry any longer about purifying tap water. If you have a reservoir of extra water in your pack, you can filter it all through the bottle before you leave.-If you get lost in the woods (like me a few times), this can be filled in the stream and give you safe drinking water immediately.-It is priced right; the additional expense is worth the benefits.-It is quite sturdy. A knife would cut it, but it is unlikely that branches would.-Rolls down to almost nothing for travel, unlike a hard bottle that takes up room in luggage.-Less hassle (for me at least) than a hydration pack.

I use this to save space for travel, hiking and outdoor walks. It's convenient. Comes with a filter, just make sure it's attached securely.

Was on a long, hot hike and ran out of water. Was able to easily fill my bottles from a creek I found. Worked great.

The product seems good quality. Cleaned it thoroughly and the strange taste drastically improved. Wrong color sent to me.

It collapses into a small ball. It’s easy to use, especially on travel. Went to India. It was so easy to stay hydrated when there were no worries about filling up a water bottle using tap water. Saved money using it compared to constantly buying bottled water that was kinda sketchy in some places.

Works great. Only problem ofcourse is that cold water heats up in no time, which is a pain on a hot day

I previously used the Sawyer, but what I hated was the Sawyer bag. Eventually, it would rip, risking that your filter would rip off right along with it, potentially leaving you without a filter at all.This Lifestraw completely solved that issue. The filter attachment is fantastic because it can go inside the bottle AND ALSO be attached outside it it as well, letting you get every drop of the water you collected.The squeezable nature of the bag is another feature I loved. Makes it very easy to have a solid filtration rate.If you’re paranoid about losing it (like me), the cap has a decent-sized loop you can clip a small backpack strap through to attach to an exterior pocket. Great design here!And seriously, there’s another review on here that complains that you can’t get all the water because of the filter being inside the bottle. That’s literally not true. The reviewer just didn’t understand that you can ALSO screw the filter onto the bottle so it’s pointed outside. I love that versatility. Good use of space and design.

I paid the price of a brand new but the box was already open and part of the box was ripped.

J'ai acheté ce produit il y a deux ans pour des treks en autonomie. Super content, filtre efficace et possibilité de l'enlever facilement. Vide le produit est très compacte.Pensez bien à rincer la gourde et le filtre plusieurs fois avant utilisation ou il peut y avoir une forte odeur de plastique.

Really good piece of kit for when it's hot and you know that there will be a source of fresh water on your hike. I tend to use it to squeeze water into other drinks bottles, where you can add water purifying tablets (if necessary) or hydration tablets.Never used it as a straw, which I guess is only useful when water is very scarce and the design does mean it's hard to get every last bit of water out of the bag. But if you've found a good source of water this isn't really an issue.Comes with a syringe for back flushing. What would be a nice addition though is if it came with a small bottle just big enough to contain the filter in solution for long term storage or for carrying a spare.

Il prodotto è davvero ottimo, l'ho usato per bere acqua del rubinetto in India. Peccato che dopo neanche due settimane di utilizzo non passi più acqua dal filtro. Quindi non credo che duri 2000 LT come da descrizione. Dato il prezzo comunque elevato del filtro sarebbe da migliorare..

Na een paar weken gebruikt werd het steeds moeilijker om eruit te drinken. Er was veel weerstand dus ik probeerde de meegeleverde pomp maar ook dan was het nog niet mogelijk om het weer te gebruiken.
