I’ve been using the eSUN PLA+ 1.75mm Black filament (1KG spool) with my 3D printer, and overall I’m really impressed. The filament is strong, durable, and prints very smoothly. It's also pretty beginner-friendly — I had a great experience even though I’m fairly new to 3D printing. There was a little stringing, especially on prints without support. Some minor clogging happened, but nothing serious — definitely not enough to be a dealbreaker. Once I started using supports properly, the difference was huge. My prints went from failing to flawless. The best part? Supports are super easy to break off, which makes cleanup fast and satisfying. I even printed a full drone frame with it — at first, it failed because parts were hanging in mid-air, but after adding support, everything worked beautifully. Definitely recommend this filament for functional prints, especially if you're okay with adding supports when needed. I’ll be buying more for sure!

The filament roll is tangled, it destroyed 2 days print and 2.5 kg of filament 3 of the 5 I bought were tangled

printed at 40m/s, 250 degrees. Plate at 105 degrees. Unbelievable result. My printer was Troodon 400 semi pro level.

I've had great experiences with eSUN filaments in the past, and this red PLA is another winner. This is a brilliant, reliable filament that delivers fantastic results. First off, the colour is superb. It's a deep, vibrant, and incredibly consistent red that looks absolutely stunning on finished prints. There's no variation in the pigment, and it has a high-quality, smooth finish. I've attached a photo of a multi-part character model I recently printed (the red parts, of course) which really shows off how clean and bright the colour is. Performance-wise, it has been flawless. It adheres perfectly to my build plate (PEI sheet) and the layer adhesion is excellent, creating strong, durable parts. I've run several prints with this spool and haven't had a single clog, jam, or extrusion issue. The dimensional accuracy is advertised at +/- 0.03mm, and my experience confirms it's spot-on, which no doubt contributes to the clean and trouble-free printing. The 1KG cardboard spool is wound neatly, as I've come to expect from eSUN, and it feeds perfectly into the printer without any tangles. If you're looking for a high-quality, reliable red PLA that you can trust to produce great-looking, strong prints, this is an easy recommendation. It's a fantastic filament for the price.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Filament! Die Qualität ist – wie man es von eSUN kennt – hervorragend. Das Filament ist sauber aufgespult, weist eine gleichmäßige Stärke auf und lässt sich ohne Probleme verarbeiten. Ich habe es mit den Standardwerten (ca. 205 °C Nozzle / 60 °C Bett) gedruckt, und die Ergebnisse waren durchweg sauber und detailreich. Besonders beeindruckend ist natürlich die Optik: Die dreifarbige Seidenoptik mit ihren fließenden Übergängen wirkt extrem edel und verleiht jedem Druckprojekt das gewisse Etwas. Der Glanz ist kräftig, aber nicht übertrieben, und gerade bei dekorativen Objekten kommt das mystische Farbspiel richtig gut zur Geltung. Auch technisch gibt es nichts zu beanstanden – das Filament haftet gut auf dem Bett, neigt kaum zu Stringing und liefert stabile, gleichmäßige Ergebnisse. Ideal für Anfänger wie Fortgeschrittene, die etwas Besonderes suchen. Ich werde es definitiv wieder kaufen und kann es jedem empfehlen, der auffällige, hochwertige Drucke erstellen möchte!
