This dish set is very attractive. It’s not too heavy but is durable and stacks compactly. It has a nice glaze on all surfaces. The bowls in this set feel perfect in your hand. The mugs have a nice arrow detail and are wonderfully oversized. The neutral color goes well with any color scheme you have going on in your kitchen. I love them!

I was dubious when I opened the box and found that the lid has no gasket and does not fit on the pitcher tightly. But this beautiful French press works just fine. I can make 2.5 big mugs of coffee at a time with it. It is very solid. I like the design so much that I bought the dishes to match. Preheat the pitcher with hot water from the tap. I bought a new electric kettle that heats to 200 degrees. Add the hot water to coarse ground beans and let is sit for 5 to 6 minutes. Push the plunger slowly. Makes lovely tasty coffee that is not bitter.

I use this as a French press for coffee. It's quit nice looking-- enough to leave out on the counter, and it is well made. It functions well to maintain warmth, pours well, and the strainer works well. I was searching for a French press that was made in the U.S. or Europe versus China, and that would outlast glass French presses, which eventually break. Now if only this came in double the volume I'd buy that as well

Be aware that is a quite small cup, an espresso cup size as indicated. It arrived OK, protected in multiple layers of bubble wrap. This was my introduction to the Natural Canvas collection. I like the simplicity of the design, an understated elegance. Hands on, this is good kit, very well crafted. Definitely considering getting more pieces...

I LOVE this brand of dishes. The finish is strong and shiny and just BEAUTIFUL!! This canvas color goes with anything...so if you want to try a dish by Denby this is a great one to try. It's is also a perfect side dish side....the subtle color puts the highlight on your food not the dish.. Absolutely stunning!

Although the packaging could have been better (rolled up in a few yards of bubble wrap), this is a remarkably strong piece. I was worried that when I unwrapped it that the handle would have been broken off, but after using it for a few weeks I realize that this press is durable and understatedly good looking. I'm really happy with it.

I waited over a month for these to be back in stock. So happy I did. One, some or all of these bowls have been used daily since they arrived. The largest one is a perfect salad bowl for 2 or 3. The middle 2 are handy as well. The smallest is very shallow, almost like a small plate. Don’t get hot in the microwave.

My only criticism of this French press is that the contact between the wall of the press and the mesh filter is not complete and thus I have experienced a small amount of grounds getting into my finished cup of coffee. That said, it really is a nominal amount of grounds and this is not a deal breaker for me. Otherwise this press seems to be well made. Press is nice looking and I like that it has no plastic parts. IMO it keeps your coffee hot longer than a glass carafe French press. Overall, I am very pleased. Amazon packed this press very well in several layers of bubble wrap.
