A great addition to my new collection of Saladmaster cookware! Lots of good recipes and those I've tried have been really tasty.

I already had this book so I gave it away to a friend.

Great explanatory section. Great recipes. Great pictures. Spiral bound for ease of use. Would recommend to anyone who is desires to pursue this type of cooking.

Did not have the healthy recipes I expected. Very few recipes I will actually use. A bit disappointed in book.
