I’m on a holistic new journey and “splurged” on this honey to see if it really does help. I don’t use it often but both times I’ve used it, I did for medical purposes and it worked beyond my expectations! 1st time I put a teaspoon over onions for cold/congestion, let it sit over night then drank the liquid - it cleared me up in a day! The taste is good. It’s very thin/light honey in my opinion. Not sure I like it as much as Manukora brand that’s much thicker and creamier. But it’s good for stirring in tea since it dissolves quickly.
