I decided to buy McKLords Commercial Dishwasher Rinse Aid in the 5-litre bottle as it seemed the most cost-effective option for home use. Previously, I would purchase the small Finish bottles, but they are quite expensive and not very eco-friendly due to the excessive packaging. In an effort to be more environmentally and budget-conscious, I opted for the 5-litre McKLords bottle and use it to refill the smaller, more manageable Finish squeeze bottles when topping up the dishwasher. Using a funnel to transfer the rinse aid is super effective and efficient.Regarding performance, the McKLords brand works perfectly! I love the lemon scent; it doesn’t feel artificial, and the glasses come out super shiny and streak-free. We have quite harsh water, so this is crucial for keeping our glassware and silverware looking sparkly and as good as new!No negatives for this.

I purchased this product after getting fed up buying multiple tiny bottles of rinse aid.The bottle came promptly and the draw for me was the reduction in plastic waste that the larger bottles offer over multiple smaller bottles.The rinse aid itself has a pleasant citrus scent and the colour, although bright, is normal for rinse aids.The only slight irritation is that because of the side of the bottle is that it is very difficult to pour the rinse aid into the slot on the dishwasher door. Ideally, it would be good to have a spout on the bottle that allows measured pouring. At the moment, I have been pouring the rinse aid into a separate smaller bottle and then adding it to my dishwasher. This could also be remedied by the use of a small funnel if you have one.Just food for thought.
