I had total knee replacement a month ago and I'm having trouble with extension (stuck on 2-3). My friend recommended this IdealKnee to me. The build quality is very good and it is very easy to use. It has several adjustments to fit the length of your leg. Some other reviews have mentioned that their leg didn't fit between the bars, but I have pretty thick legs and mine are ok. I wouldn't let this concern you though. You could always use a towel to prop it up as needed. It arrived in a pretty big box and included directions for assembly and also a stretching plan to get you started toward you goal. The design is like a lot of other knee extension devices I looked at and I thought the price was OK. Is it worth $140? It was a lot cheaper than some I looked at and can tell you the build quality is fantastic. Bottom line is it does what it is supposed to do and if I can get my extension to 0, I will have no regrets.

Just got this and have only used it twice. I was a little disappointed at first thinking it was going to be flimsy or snap and be a waste of money as I was putting it together. It’s deceptively simple yet very effective and sturdy. It will surely help me get full extension. I’m only a few degrees away and have been stuck here for years. One thing I will say is that this may not work on thicker legs at the very end of the extension. In order to reach full extension, my leg had to fit between the poles. I can see this being an issue when trying to get the final few degrees if you have wider legs. A solution could be to put a very thick pad on the strap so your leg doesn’t have to go between the poles. It would be a very solution. Wish I had this years ago when I was recovering. It would have helped tremendously but the time is now and feel like it will work well to get the last few degrees I’ve been missing.

Great for getting knee extension after Total Knee Replacement. Used 2 times a day, also used before going to PT, when I went to PT, my therapist didn't have to be so aggressive with me. My knee was being stubborn and after using this I was able to get to 0 extension. I started off using this in 15 second increments and eventually worked up to being able to count to 100 while using this. Yes this is expensive but very effective.

After my total knee replacement I was having difficulty achieving full extension. After an extensive search I decided this might work for me. And it did! Within two weeks I finally achieved full extension. It is easy to use. I keep it near where I sit so I can grab it throughout the day. My only issue with it is that I believe it is somewhat overpriced for what it is.

Had a TKR, and this device is very helpful in helping to meet the Dr's goal to straighten my knee joint. It's easy to use and a helpful in my recovery

I had my right knee replaced, but apparently there was a lot of built up scar tissue which caused me some grief by not letting my knee go to full extension-thus making it impossible for the knee to go to the straight position. My P T loaned me one of these, and it worked so well I bought my own!

This requires no warm up. It alleviates leg and some hip pain. My flexibility gain with this was marginal initially because of strength issues. The material of it warms the knees over time, I think it's a good value because I can use it as much or as little as I need to. It's size and shape are awkward to me because I don't disassemble it. It's well made and convenient to own.

It does the job it says , but the price is extremely high - probably costs $ 5.00 to make ( at the most ) and is pre tariffs
