can i just have the staff sent its missing?

When I got my statue I could not find the staff at first, it was hidden with the packaging stuff in the package.

I have returned this once already due to lack of the staff he holds. The second one is also missing the staff. Is there anyway to have just the staff

I don't know. Mine doesn't have the staff either. I think they show it but then don't include it in the package.
