2 stars because the return process is seamless. This product looks good, but my Acer Switch Alpha 12 stopped working as soon as I slipped it in. It works again as soon as I took it out.

It turns of when you place the Acer 12 inside. I think manufactures have not ever tried to sanity check it! Don't buy this.
