Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Blue - Unlocked (Renewed)

I was anxious because of the bad reviews but so far. I have no requests. It came earlier than scheduled time. The screen was clear very minor scratches that were hard to see. It functions as it should the quality is awesome and I received a battery percentage of 93. It was easy to use and set up. If I have any complaints later on i will share. But at this moment no regrets.

This phone arrived very clean and unlocked. It was very easy to add an eSIM and get phone service up. This is an upgrade from an older iPhone, and the apple software was able to copy most things over from the old phone. So far, the battery is strong.

Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. Worst consumer customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I won’t forget it!

I received my iPhone 13 and overall I’m very pleased! The phone arrived on time and was well-packaged for protection. It’s in great condition — just a few small scratches near the top by the camera, but nothing major or noticeable unless you’re really looking for it. Everything else looks and works perfectly. Battery health is solid, the screen is clear with no cracks, and the phone functions just like new. Great value for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gently used iPhone.

I purchased this to give as a Christmas gift, I was worried about it being damaged or imperfect like some of the reviews but it’s nearly perfect. There is minor damage next to the camera but with the case I got for it it won’t be noticeable and it’s not bad at all so I’m not worried about returning it. I’m very happy about this iPhone and looking into purchasing another. I also didn’t know that it would come with a charger and SIM card remover so I was pleasantly surprised by that, the charger is not by iPhone but that is okay.

This is the second renewed iPhone I have bought from Amazon. They have both been in excellent condition and the old one still works but Apple no longer supplies updates to it.

Initially, we got a phone from this vendor that was a dud (for us). We returned it and tried them a 2nd time. The 2nd phone seems a decent deal. For the first phone (iPhone 13) we received: The battery life on the renewed phone was fairly good - at 94% of original capacity. This had been an issue with phones from this vendor per other reviews but was not an issue with ours. However, this renewed phone had a non-Apple replacement screen that was noticeably low in quality - grainy, with colors dulled, and it cut off part of the display area. Touch responsiveness was bad. Given Amazon pledge that the product was "professionally inspected and tested by Amazon-qualified supplier," I feel the substandard screen should have been spotted and the lower quality disclosed. My family member and my time were wasted by this attempt to pass off a lower quality solution. Return process was easy, although it did require a trip to the UPS store. For the second, replacement (iPhone 13) phone: The replacement for the returned 1st phone arrived quickly. The battery life seems great (100% of original capacity). The screen this time is MUCH better than the low quality screen on the original phone. The case has some scratches and a dent on the ring surrounding one of the camera lenses, but the lens seems unaffected. All in all, a fair price for used phone. Working well after a month of use.

I’ve held my iPhone 13 for over 2 years now! Purchased April 2023 - Great quality! No complaints or phone issues within the last 2 years… Transferring my phone number was very simple (eSIM) and I just recently found out it was waterproof 🫣 since then , battery hasn’t been lasting awhile so now looking to replace/upgrade my phone. Phone still works great 👍 as I highly recommend a temper glass protector and an otter box defender.

Excelente compra, llegó con 84% de batería y con leve desgaste en el módulo de cámaras(seguro le pusieron mica a las cámaras y por eso quedó así) Pero el teléfono está impecable ningún rayon en pantalla o los laterales buena compra, segunda vez que compro con el vendedor BuySPRY así que lo recomiendo, he visto que algunos no les llega el teléfono y que les hacen fraude, solo graben cuando reciban el paquete y graben al abrirlo para que les hagan válido la devolución, a veces es problema de los repartidores, recomiendo al vendedor 💯

La estética 10/10 no tiene ningún rayón ni nada está súper bien... batería 8/10 me desilusionó un poco que la vida de la batería llegó a un 80% me imaginé que llegaría un poco más como hasta un 85% sin embargo la pila se consume normal a lo que he leído o visto de otras personas con iPhone que se les va de volada, no se recalienta tanto a como imaginé. Solo tendré que cuidar la vida de la batería y ya, fuera de eso todo está súper bien el face id, la nueva actualización del iOS ya está en general está bien, por el precio vale la pena igual y tienes suerte y la batería te llega al 100% la cámara 10/10.... si no quieres invertir mucho en un equipo está es una buena opción 👍🏼

El teléfono llego en otro color y con 86 de pila, está bien solo fue el color y unos detalles de las orillas lo demás está bien, la cámara bien no le falla nada

Ok esta es mi experiencia con un producto renovado de Amazon. Adquirí el modelo medianoche hace aproximadamente dos meses, sabía que iba a ser una ruleta pero pues quería un producto Apple sin tener que invertir "mucho". Realmente fui un entusiasta de la tecnología pero ya estoy desactualizado y mi antiguo Huawei aunque funcional ya presentaba rezagos y sobre todo porque fue de los modelos que restringen Android. Así que investigando un poco me terminé decantando por el 13 hasta por una suerte de cábala. El equipo llegó e inmediatamente me dio un salto el corazón porque había sido un caso desafortunado con la estética del teléfono. Presentaba rayones y golpes en las esquinas además de que estaba sucio del conector y del altavoz. Muy desalentador pero lo encendí y corrió sin problemas. Es un sistema muy fluido y agradable. Estuve reflexionando jaja y decidí usarlo unos días porque era necesario para mi trabajo. Así que puedo decir que es un gran equipo, la transición al iOS es un desafío jaja pero vale la pena. En esos días tomé otra decisión y ordené el modelo Azul. Otra vuelta a la ruleta y esta vez salí ganando. El equipo llegó impecable en verdad, en estado prácticamente nuevo. Regresar a Android no era una opción así que inicié la devolución del modelo medianoche y no tuve problemas de esa parte. Como consumidor me puedo declarar satisfecho. Tal vez se deba a la demanda de ciertos colores y también a la suerte pero con los productos reacondicionados no estás exento de una mala experiencia. Yo recomiendo todo lo que sea una buena decisión.
