I usually drink my tea at night time before bed and by morning I have no issues. The taste is good as well. It has a little sweetness to it, which makes it easy to enjoy.

One of my customers told me about this tea being great for detoxing, so I decided to try it. I wanted to shed some pounds and also lose some of this water that had me feeling bloated. I actually started seeing results in less than two weeks. I have lost weight around my abdomen and I can see the difference in other areas as well. It also helped me with constipation. I have a cup every night before bed and by morning I have to go, which is a great relief. The only issue that it will have you running to the bathroom, especially in the morning; so be sure to drink it as instructed and stay hydrated. You may feel mild cramping and a need to rush to the restroom. However, you will be happy to see your body change with just a simple tea. It has a great pineapple flavor and tastes good without sweeteners. I'm on my second box. I love, love, love this tea.

My mom’s coworker recommended this for her which she then told me to drink too as I’ve been dealing with inconsistent bowel movements and a lot of bloating which made me frustrated so I decided to try this not thinking it would do much for me. Boy was I wrong, this ish had me running to the bathroom after I felt the cramps and poop shivers. It emptied me tf out my brother. I now drink this tea regularly or when I’m feeling bloated especially after eating a lot, I get on my hands and knees for this tea, the all powerful. I highly recommend this tea if you need to be flushed out of everything and want to feel snatched. I don’t particularly care for the taste, that’s the only part I dread about it, but I add honey to it which helps, but other than that it’s a miracle worker. Drink this tea and you’ll feel like a new person.

I've been using this tea for a week now. It will make you go to the bathroom, mild cramps for me but nothing severe. It helped me with having bowel movements and I felt very light afterwards. I lost three pounds, however I will say the tea alone won't make you skinny!! Diet and exercise are key to see some results. It smells like pineapple and does not have a particular taste to it (Nothing bitter or sweet). Overall it's a good tea for a good cleanse to clean your gut.
