Q: I need to be able to do 6 adults together, will i need 2 kits? What about the bucket size, or can i use a different style bucket?

All 6 can be done at the same time but you would need a bigger bucket since it will be adults

Q: We are going to use this for a friend of ours in the hospital but will need to pour the cast later. Will the mold be ok to sit for a couple of hours?

Yea it should be as the material has a wet texture for a while, even after the casting is poured
