Poor quality
I was so disappointed with the quality of this stand mixer and accessories that I arranged a return and refund immediately. The plastic beaters in particular were of a very poor quality 'plastic' type material and I had doubts about their durability. When running, the motor was very noisy and and seemed to 'cycle' rather than a steady noise.On the plus side, there were no issues in returning the product and getting a full refund. The refund was made within a few hours of Hermes collecting the parcel. And the return was free!

Hubby bought for me as started making some cakes for other people, I love it, the attactchmgents are nice and strong, easy to attach & clean. Mixes up cakes, dough cream perfect. Just what I needed perfect cakes every time
