What do you do if your power button is hard and stuck?

I get one assembled and it won't pair with my phone. My phone recognized the speaker but won't connect to it. How do I pair it?

Fixed a friends. First --- get the phone far away or turn it off. as in no power. Turn off the bluetooth as well. Wait 30 seconds --- this is to give time for things to climb out of ram memory. Now -- power up phone, power up speaker.. Should work. If not -- power off the speaker, power up, and see if it connects.
