Great for cornbread
Much finer than polenta, tasted great in cornbread. Struggled to find a product like this in supermarkets, very pleased with the quality. Very fine when passed through a sieve with no issues

Not US corn meal
Being from the southern US, I quite like cornbread with my Texas-style chili. I was out of my usual corn meal and thought I would try a different brand. Little did I realize that corn meal here is not what it is back home. I'm guessing the recipes for corn bread are quite different as I used this in my regular recipe and it didn't turn out well. Both the flavor and the texture are way off (corn flavored paste?). I'll research recipes for this type of 'corn meal' but will definitely be returning to my regular brand.
