First off, the phone is excellent. However, after six months the screen started to crack across the fold. Initiated a repair return with Amazon and this has been the worst customer experience I have had from a technology company for quite some time. The repair service is provided by Ingram Micro - do not expect anything from them, they are useless. Not only did they hold onto the phone for over 4 weeks their so called "Engineer" came up with the excuse of small scratch marks on the outside of the case as a reason for not being able to perform the repair under warranty. This is a foldable phone and the screen issue is on the inside of the fold, not the outside. This is not hard to understand Ingram Micro demanded almost £300 in order to perform the repair for a device that is well within the warranty period. Shame on you Amazon for using such a bad service provider - you should terminate your agreement with them. For many years I have bought mobile handsets from you for my family - not any more. Goodbye.

GOOD POINTS: This phone is absolutely amazing, I love the format and the fold factor, the display is amazing, unlike what ALOT of people say the crease is bearly noticeable, you have to actually look out for it. The camera is quite good for basic use like selfies and videos. BAD POINTS: The battery is quite poor, it runs out quite quickly and the charge is quite a bit slow, especially when using wireless. The camera isnt good when zooming in, it gets quite pixelated, but that's it.

Bought to replace identical 3 year old phone which had become unreliable. New phone exactly as described. Sealed box. Prompt delivery by Royal Mail which I was able to track and divert to local post office for collection at my convenience.

Had to replace the screen protector twice (each lasting almost exactly 5 months). Samsung offers "courtesy" of the first replacement being done for free, while in fact it is a manufacturing flaw the phone has. The hinge maybe is the one that lasts 200k folds, the screen definitely doesn't. Battery life needed to charge 1-2 times a day depending on the use and haul a battery pack with me when travelling as then it definitely would charge out. Not worth the money. Samsung service is horrible in the UK and they do not try to be forthcoming at all. The vendor on Amazon will defer all responsibility to them.

A nice little mobile that fits nicely into a pocket or a small bag. with the flexibility of the hinge and screen folding. On some situations can notice the fold in middle of screen, so a little disappointed with this. Expected a clearer screen. No comparability to the s22 ultras etc on brightness etc. Plus the camera is quite poor! Nice for little photos in house. But anything outside focus issues and when zooming in very pixilated. I'm glad I got this on discount through amazon, as paying for price would be very disappointing.

My previous phone was a s7 which I didn't want to replace because all newer phones are so large, but this is the perfect replacement. I feel like the flip is such a brilliant design. Full size screen when you need it and compact when you aren't using it. It performs as you'd expect a high end samsung to perform. My only gripe is that I could put a personal ringtone on my s7 and it's not straightforward on this one

overall a good phone. I am a basic phone user and the battery life easily lasts a day. The Flip feature was intriguing and the line on the screen is noticeable but not something that bothers me. The fingerprint unlock feature on the side button is alot easier to use and placed in a natural hand position.
