Watco makes good quality products. I build my own furniture and use Watco to stain it. This product is easy to apply and looks great. I like that if I get a stain or nick I can just lightly sand and reapply new stain and you can't tell any thing was done. I highly recommend this product.

I have used Watco stains since about 1963. They go on smoothly and give a great stain. It is hard to screw using this product. They are dry in a couple of hours, ready for one to apply a lacquer finish.

Danish oil was recommended in books on pyrography I've read. I agree with the authors in that danish oil is a really nice way to treat or cover a project with when you're done. It makes the project feel done and not just completely raw wood looking. This natural color adds just a hint of color to the project without detracting from the wood burned area at all.

If you've used Watco oil before, you know what it is and why you like it. I shopped the local "big box" hardware store and the local hardware store, and the price for a PINT was just slightly lower than this quart cost on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and shop here first if you have a need for Watco oil. You'll be happy that you did! Why did you pick this product vs others?: Better price here than any retail store, almost guaranteed !
