This isn't the same item shown in the photo. It is a new Formula which isn't the same as the old Therems -M. Vitamin K isn't listed which is important for people on blood thinners. Item care be returned either.

I had double organ transplant. Among all the meds I was placed on, a multivitamin was recommended. The said any would do. However when getting discharged, the pharmacist brings to your room and goes over all with you to be sure you understand everything. This was the multivitamin they chose to include in my discharge bag if meds. So I have kept with it. Hard to find though. Not on Amazon!

I have been taking this type of vitamin for many years. I feel that it is beneficial to a person who may have sub clinical vitamin efficiencies .
