My 2yo loves her buckles. It's is a bright and colorful well made you. There are several different colored buckles of vairing styles and a large zipper pocket for the mouth. It helps develop those fine motor skills. Good toy for the price with learning potential.

I never write reviews but I had to come here and exclaim how much my daughter loves this toy! It’s perfect for keeping a busy body still and entertained during church, and in the car. Her little friends get excited to play too. :) I’ve also had some wonderful conversations as she delightedly points out the colors, looks for the matching buckle and makes the whale “ eat” her other toys. 10/10 recommend!

When I noticed my daughter loves playing with buckles, I decided to find a toy that would keep her entertained and safe.Many buckle toys our busy board with small balls or strings, which made me worry about the potential accident. I want something simple and safer and this whale buckle toy was the perfect solution!The toy is incredibly soft, cute and machine washable, which is a huge plus for any parent. It features different types of buckles keeping my daughter, engaged and happy I can now get some tasks done while she plays safely. Highly recommended this toy for any parent looking for a safe and fun buckle toy!

I bought this for my 15 month old Grandson who loves figuring out buckles, safety straps on car seats, high chairs, etc. He's still not strong enough, but loves trying!!! It keeps him occupied and snuggles with the whale!

UPDATE: 2/3/17. It's now a little over a month later and our daughter still loves this whale and is very proficient at buckling, however, the side of her index finger got caught as she was snapping one of the buckles and it was very painful for her. She has three little blood blisters as a result. She still is playing with it but wanted to throw this out there. Lowered our review by 1 star.Our 20-month old daughter loves this! Every morning, she wakes up, gets out of bed, and goes to get her "WHAAAAALE!!" She really likes the colors and the challenge of buckling and zipping. The quality is excellent. Highly recommended.

When purchasing toys for my toddler I want to make sure they are safe and of high quality. This adorable whale fits the bill!The fabric is very soft and durable with quality embroidered eyes and shapes - so nothing to come off and become a choking hazard. The product had no off-gassing whatsoever as well (something I am always wary of!).There are 6 colorful buckles in a variety of styles (with a few duplicates!). The green and yellow buckles are the same style, as well as the blue and purple. So there are 4 different types of buckles on this toy for your child to learn to master! A couple of them are easier to open than others, and my nearly 2 year old can manage to open the circle style buckle on his own which is nice.The mouth of the whale opens up to reveal a large zipper compartment as well! Another added bonus of this toy (stuffing things in the whale is apparently super fun too!).Highly recommended! I'd be confident purchasing any Buckle Toys in the future too!

Its not just a toy, it’s a learning resource item. It’s so soft. The colors are very rich. On the tail of the whale it has small colorful shapes. On the whales belly, it has the numbers 1-10 in different colors. It has 6 buckles all different colors. The colors are green, red, lavender, orange, yellow and blue. The mouth of the whale has a zipper. You might use it as a small purse. Great gift I love it.

I bought these for my 1yr old twin boys because they became obsessed with buckles. This toy worked great and they still play with it two years later.
