Mine came with only 2 - 20 pounds and one 10 pound resistance

How long are the bands?

When I have it under my foot ready to use, handle in each hand, before I start stretching it.. it comes to about my waste So it's double that length and I'm 5'3 ...if that helps any....

what are the equivalent weights on each? 10, 15, and 20 pounds?

What is the melting point of the rubber?! Can I use them in a 125-130 degree sauna?!

I have not used them at 120 degrees but I live in AZ and in my car it probably gets at least that hot where I park. I’ve had no problems with melting.
