Q: How much noise does the amp create? I'm looking for a PA amp that needs to be very quiet in a small room.

The amp is very quiet, there is no hum, I must iterate that all cables have to be the right resistance value on any amplifier no matter what brand you use just to make sure that all hum causing factors are eliminated.This amp will serve you fine and for the price I don,t think you will match it anywhere>

only one side. You need cable 3.5mm to dual 1/4", then it will play on both speakers.

Q: I owned 3 pair of this amp. 4500 musysics my question is can i use the "input" 1/4" jack as "output" for interconection (daisy chain) 2nd. & 3rd amp?

No. This amp doesn't have signal output. 1/4" is input. You need some sound processor or crossover to hook three amp together.
