I like these bags because of their size, weight, transparency and all round utility. Clearly I use them for food and leftovers. But I use them for a variety of other uses also. I travel a lot and use them for my toiletries and other small or loose necessities. If you travel I’m sure you noticed hotels and hotel rooms have gotten increasingly darker and darker during recent years. I presume hotel management is trying to save money on electricity. Anyway, because hotel rooms are so dark these days finding your stuff has become increasingly difficult. I used to have travel bag for toiletries but it was opaque and I’d always have to dig and search for things like my razor or toothbrush. Now when I’m in an hotel I have a couple of these bags full of my toiletries sitting by the sink and I can see exactly where my toothpaste or deodorant etc. may be without searching for them. Also after a while my old toiletries travel bag got kind of crusty. Sometimes I’d wash it, but washing my leather bag in the sink or the washing machine was a hassle and didn’t work so well and the there were issues of size and zippers sticking or breaking. Anyway, a while ago I started using these zip lock bags for traveling and they work nicely for me and the plastic zipper is easy to use and secures the bag tightly. They never burst open and can be opened and closed as many times as required. I’m able to use them for a couple trips and then they get cloudy and need to be replaced. They serve my purposes and work nicely for me.

Ziploc bags are an everyday essential for me! I use them to store all kinds of day-to-day items. Like everything from snacks to small accessories and they also keep everything neat and organized. They’re also amazing for marinating food. The seal is strong, and I never have to worry about leaks or messes. Super convenient, durable, and dependable. Can’t imagine my kitchen (or my daily routine) without them!

I wanted these gallon bags for small items, and they helped real well. I love the little bottom stand, which is great for placing them on tables without falling down. I love how one gallon has enough room to fit my folded document papers, doll clothing, personal hygiene products, etc. The main BEST part is the slider closure, much easier to open/close quicker than the snap seal closure. I have use Hefty 2.5 gallon slider version. I wonder if Ziploc could make a 1.5 gallon version. That means, a little bit more room to store more items.

These gallon bags are consistently reliable and easy to use. These are the only bags I use. It took some trial and error before I figured out how they name their closures, but now that I have, I've stocked up on these and don't think I'll EVER run out. Let me put it this way: when a baggie starts affecting your self esteem, it's time to kick it to the curb, right? Well, that's what the kind that are supposed to seal together "easily" when you "simply press the two sides together" did to me. They made me feel like an incompetent boob! I have a disability which limits my ability to grip or to hold on to things, and me and THOSE baggies would fight every time I used them. They seemed to be unzipped in parts and it drove me crazy and made me feel terrible I'd scream at it, cry and yell, "You're supposed to be easy! It looks easy on TV! Is it you or me? Please tell me! Help me understand where this relationship is going!" Then, a friend told me it sounded like I was being gaslighted. AHA! I looked it up, and the symptoms were all there! So, I dumped the old baggie, and moved on! When a baggie starts to hurt your self esteem, makes you feel bad about yourself, don't stay in that relationship a moment longer! Pick these up and don't doubt your decision! Not for a SECOND! These are fabulous! They ZIP right up (and you KNOW they're zipped), no half asked stuff like old Mr. Baggie before him (let's regret to him as "the other guy" from now on, eh?). Nope! There's a new baggie in town.
