Amazing Product
Really recommend it! It is an excellent product for its price. It fits perfectly on your ears and its really comfortable. The sound and mic quality is amazing. There is a bit of noise cancellation as when I am gaming with them I almost can't hear my loud mechanical keyboard. Amazing! After a few months of use, they broke so be careful as they’re not very durable but overall it’s really good.

Poor Quality
Bought and used for a few times a week maybe....and one of its Ear Snapped. Not ideal for buying. Frustrated legit Customer. The Headphone is good for trash such a low Quality product for a Brand name Razer Kraken.

Product review from MY EXPERIANCE
First of all, the product is ORIGINAL, it feels fine and firm, it doesn't feel cheap even though its plastic, the ear coushins are comfortable and the y do cancel some noise when nothing is being played on them, when I increase the volume I stop hearing anyone without getting a headache from the high sound, Technically speaking it supports the 7.1 surrounding function(the sounds where not real, like they were virtual and deep for some reason), sound quality(not 7.1) is good, it does the job well, but for the MIC its not that sensitive I had to push it closer to my mouth and sometimes I sound noisey to others on steam or discord, also my laptop didn't really recognize the headsets mic(my laptop could be the problem as it doesn't support Microphone array function), one time when using the sound controller on the headset the skund got lost in one ear, but it worked as soon as i unplug and replug it, (I HAD THIS ISSUE ONE TIME ONLY). I would suggest buying a headphone with no mic and an external mic and a USB audio splitter from maybe Ugreen or somewhere, for almost the same price. Hope this helps

its great, but just the mic
honestly the headphones are pretty good and sturdy, just be careful with them because they could break if not taken good care of; speaking from experience haha. sound quality is pretty good, and its noise cancelling, i cant hear anyone who speaks to me whenever i have them on so thats also another con. now, speaking of the mic. its honestly okay just not the best. it picks up alot of background noise, sometimes it causes static especially on calls. sometimes it doesnt pick up the first words or couple letters, so if you say "no" for example, it comes out as "oh", which uh..doesnt make sense most of the time haha. but its not that bad like some others. overall, its great especially if youre on a budget and cant afford something very expensive and does the job pretty well. ^_^

Very good product
Very comfortable and light headset. The sound quality is spectacular, especially compared to its price. Does everything a person would need from a gaming headset. Also has mute mic option

Breaks quickly
Good heaset and mic but breaks within 5 months. I already bought 2 and encountered same issue where the headband breaks.

Comfortable and good bass
Really comfortable to wear, very lightweight and the bass is really good. When wearing for a long time, it doesn’t make your ears hot as it has cooling gel inside. Quality product!

The Razen ears come in neon purple and black that can be put on any headphones for a little personality. They don’t make your headphones uncomfortable in fact you really don’t even notice them. As I use studio quality headphones rather than gaming ones these ears are great for me .

Let me start things off with the one I got, the Kraken X ultralight, the non USB version. *COMFORT* I wear my headphones almost all day, and wearing these is so comfortable. These are the most comfortable pair of headphones I've ever worn. Though there is no forward/backward swivel on these, they are still very comfortable. The clamping force is perfect. It feels as if the headphones are there, but they dont squeeze your head, and the clamping force makes me feel confident that they wont fall off. The ear cups are so darn soft. They are like soft marshmallows on your ears. The padding on the headband is the same. I used to own G231's from Logitech, and though they feel comfy, they will not match up to the kraken x's in a million lightyears. There is also a sufficient room for extending the earcups, and there are also numbers to indicate the length you keep the headset at. The Branding in minimal on the sides. The top shows a big RAZER logo, but its not noticable. Even the biggest of the heads will have no problem wearing these for hours. There is also a mute button on the left earcup along with a sound control scroll wheel. *SOUND* The sound is also really good. Don't expect something phenomenal like DT990s. Im not saying they're not phenomenal, for the price, they definitely are. Although at first, the audio drivers messed up in my PC, so the audio was muffled, but I turned off audio enhancements in my audio control, and that fixed the audio. In games, the audio is REALLY good for tracking opponents or players. You can clear tell where the players are. And these go LOUD. I keep them at 30% audio at all times. Even in movies or shows, if a car is coming from the left, you can hear the car in your left ear, and gradually as it comes to the center, the audio also comes to the center. The audio is a big 10/10 from me. (This was not the case with the G231s). If you're upgrading from a lower brand like red gear or cosmic byte, these will feel like a difference between heaven and earth. (to be expected). For music, they're decent, because the main purpose is gaming. The bass is slightly off, but not terrible at all. You can use these to edit videos without a problem, but if you're into audio production as your main reason to buy these, dont. For gaming, entertaintment, editing videos etc, go for them. You wont regret it at all. *Build Quality* Though they're mainly plastic (even the adjustment rail)to maintain the 'ultralight name', they don't feel flimsy at all. They feel solid, of course, dont throw them around. The construction feels solid, and the plastic is premium, with all matte finish, except for the RAZER text on top, which is glossy. Ive used them for 10 days, not a single fingerprint on them yet. Not a single scratch either. The texture is a bit grainy, but you wont notice it when touching it. It feels smooth. *Mic* The mic is decent. Nothing outstanding, but it gets the job done very well. The mic doesnt swivel, but it has a very flexible arm. The mic sounds really good on mobile, there is ZERO background static/audio. But only on phones. On PC, it has some levels of bzzzzzzzt noises, (in audacity audio software) but in games, the audio is clear. No muffles or anything like that. Its one of the best onboard headset mics. *7.1* The 7.1 is emulated via a software, so its kinda imperfect. I personally don't use it. It increases audio by 20%, and does sound a tad bit more balanced on both ears. Its good... In most cases. In one game (Minecraft JAVA), I noticed that when I turned my back to a Juke Box/sound source, the audio just fades down drastically. In valorant, its not that bad. Would use it at times. Overall, its a good addition. *Overall* If youre looking to upgrade from something like Cosmic Byte or Red Gear, its a no brainer. Go for it. If you have to choose between logitech or HyperX or Corsair for the similar/same price, I'd recommend you to buy these. They're slightly better in each category than all the other brands. The corsair HS35/40's have trash mics. The Logitechs g231s are a bit on the heavy side.(not taxing at all though) The hyperX stingers are fine, still Razer takes the crown. If you can buy the Cloud 2s, or the HS50, or the Gpro, then buy those. These Kraken Xs are a mid range budget headsets. And could give decent competition to the high end headsets such as above mentioned (But wont beat them). Overall, really amazing for the price. EDIT After 6 months of use, the head band cracked, and I have seen multiple people experience this, the crack appears at the same exact spot on every headset. I haven't been aggressive with the headset at all but it still appeared for some reason. have not figured out why it happened. The audio is still really good. I'll update if possible

see, the headphones are very good the experience they give you in this price segment is very nice, I got this for like Rs. 2,299/- so for this price segment it offers a mic and a very good 7.1 surround experience, although its not fully 7.1 its just that it process the sound to 7.1, the ear cushion is the best part, its just too soft and I never noticed any pain or headache type of thing, its a very good for beginners but its not a top notch product if you want a best type of headphones go to a little higher price segment like go with 'hyperx cloud 2', or any 5000+ headphones. It was a one month review would like to upgrade it after an year or so.
