Has Saved My Poor Head Already
I'm really glad I got this Pyramex Safety Baseball Cap to protect my head. We have a big aluminum chicken coop where we keep our ducks. While the coop is 6.5' at the center, it slopes down to about 3.5' at the sides. So as long as I stay near the center, I am fine. But, if I wander near the edge and I'm not careful, I hit my head as I've done several times. I have about 6 - 7 cuts on my head in various stages of healing. I have a regular hard hat but don't want to wear that in backyard and around house.So when I saw this baseball style hard hat I thought that's the answer for my poor head! And it has worked out well for me. It has solid protection on top and has already saved me a few cuts on my head. And it looks like a regular baseball cup so its easy to wear around house and out and about on errands. I like the cap very much.

Effective for banging your head into low branches
I used it the first time this morning and I'm happy. It actually fits my X-large melon (7-3/4) even with a dew rag on my head. It is much more comfortable than the regular hard hat I used in the past. Full disclosure-I use this when mowing my lawn as I have many old fruit trees with low hanging branches. The only improvement would be more padding on the inside for more comfort. I doubt this would pass OSHA approval, but not worried about it for my needs

Comfortable, cool and safe!
Fits good, totally adjustable. And comfortable too. Cool and not too hot. Not the most stylish but it is better than wearing nothing and having no protection, or a heavy hard hat.

Got tired of knocking my head when I was crawling under the house doing work. This cap is a comfortable way to keep the skin on my head in-tact. It’s an older house so I don’t know what’s under there and I don’t feel like an ER bill. It keeps you as cool as a cap can - not much, but I’d rather sweat than split my head open. Adjusted to my head nicely, seems of good quality so far. Supports my headlamp just fine. The bill also helps keep my glasses a little bit cleaner when I’m stirring up dust. Happy with my purchase.
