GAVASTO - great kitchen tool, great company!
For anyone claiming Customer Service is nonexistent, I will share my experience. I had my Gavasto Immersion Blender for 2 years, using it solely for making whipped cream and frosting recipes, when one of the blender pieces broke. I contacted GAVASTO with a photo of the broken piece and they responded almost immediately. The company sent me a replacement, which was most appreciated, and I could not be happier with this handy, well-made kitchen appliance and the customer service I received. This is by far the BEST immersion blender I have ever used. It blows Cuisinart and all the other brands out of the water. It is powerful, convenient, and easy to clean. Everything fits back in its box and back on the shelf it goes until I need it again. Couldn't ask for better.I will enjoy using this kitchen tool for many years to come. Highly recommend!

Great blender package!
This machine is superb! Literally just finished a strawberry shake I made with frozen strawberries and milk. Earlier I used the whisk to make whipped cream and the other day I made salsa within just a couple minutes. I put chopped up some sausage the other day. Wanted to mince up the links. Worked perfectly! The chopping wand is great and with the plastic shield you don’t need to worry about scratching your non-stick pans. Puréed a hot squash soup right in the pan!The blades on this machine are no joke and the powerful motor doesn’t struggle in the least. So glad I bought this!!!Now, one single issue. The blades on this are very strong and sharp. My girlfriend accidentally placed her fingers at the end of the wand and it chewed her fingertip up a little. You MUST be very careful with ANY immersion blender. The wand blade is not fully enclosed and it’s no place for your fingers!!! The blade in the chopping bowl is nearly razor sharp. That’s great but you need to be very careful with it! It will cut you if you aren’t careful!!!The design of this Gavasto blender is exceptional and I’m glad I bought it. Wasn’t thrilled about the $75 price tag (what can I say, I’m cheap) but I got way more than every penny’s worth. I waited to review this until I had a chance to use its features and I’m happy I did. I’d recommend this to anyone! Just be very careful using any immersion blender!!!I haven’t the slightest regret in buying this and you won’t either. My girlfriend is on the fence.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Read other reviews and videos . you could electrocute yourself with this product.
I’ve been using this blender for a while, and initially, it seemed to work fine. However, I’ve encountered some serious issues with it. The bottom plastic isn’t properly sealed, allowing food liquid to travel up to the motor.A few weeks ago, I made vegetables soup and used the blender to blend the ingredients directly in the pot. It worked well at the time, and I thoroughly cleaned it afterward. But when I tried to make split pea soup again recently, I noticed liquid squirting from the top connection to the motor. Curious, I disassembled the blending stick and the motor cover. To my horror, I found solidified soup residue from the previous use, emitting a terrible smell. The motor itself was clogged with hardened soup remnants from before, along with fresh liquid from this use.Despite being cautious not to exceed the middle point of the metal stick and keeping the connection dry, this situation poses a significant food safety hazard. It’s concerning that a product with such a glaring defect passed inspection. I ended up discarding the pot of split soup due to fears of contamination and food poisoning. It’s disappointing because I invested a considerable amount of money in what initially appeared to be a high-quality blender. I never expected it to jeopardize my health and my family’s well-being. My advice to others: DO NOT BUY THIS BLENDER. Amazon should take action, request a refund from the manufacturer, and, most importantly, STOP SELLING this faulty product.Remember, safety is paramount, especially when it comes to kitchen appliances. If you encounter any issues, it’s essential to address them promptly for your well-being and peace of mind. From what I can gather I'm not the only one with this issue. Please read the other reviews that have the same issue.
