I get allergy attacks pretty often and on a regular basis, I have a hard time breathing. I especially have a hard time sleeping because I can't breathe. I was hoping these would help based on all the positive reviews... but alas... it did not. I did like that it arrived in 2 days after ordering, the best buy date was almost 2 years from now so it was pretty fresh and it didn't give me any negative side effects even though I'm pretty sensitive to most things. The bottle suggests that you take 3 pills 3 times a day. I did do that for 5 days and I didn't notice a difference in my breathing at all and it was a bit cumbersome to take that many, that often so at that point, I just took 2 a day until the bottle ran out since you can't return it. I was hoping I might feel a bit different by the end of the bottle but I had zero positive effects. I can't personally suggest this product but every body is different so you may have different results.
