Skullcandy Agent (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

This was my first pair of over ear headphones. I did some research and decided i wanted something relatively lightweight, but still with good sound quality. I must say i am am very pleased. I WOULD call myself an audiophile, and i find the sound on the to be crystal clear. Also, the can be very loud if you need them. At times i even use them as desktop speakers. They are very comfortable as well. The headband feels like it is not there, yet it does not feel frail. It took me all of 5 minutes of listening time to get comfortable in these headphones. The one thing keeping this pair of headphones from a 5 star review is that where the wire meets the headphones it seems a little loose. The connector also seems just a tad frail. Also, the fact that the speakers themselves swivel make it hard to put them on at times. Overall, i would say that with the plethora of styles available and the great sound and comfort, You cannot go wrong with these headphones.

I ordered these for my son's 13th birthday. He's been wanting a pair of "big" Skull Candy headphones (not ear buds). He really likes these. They are a fun color and the monster face on the ear pieces are fun, too. Perfect for this age! He uses them with his iPod, Laptop, and DS. He practically wears them all the time (sometimes even when he doesn't have them connected to anything. Skull Candy is a popular brand right now with kids this age, so this would be a great gift for friends, nieces, nephews, cousins, etc.My son tells me that the sound quality is good. I inspected them, and they are well made and sturdy. I don't know how they'd hold up in the hands of a 5 or 8 year old, but for a teen or tween they are great! I think I would have loved these even when I was in college!

These are great!! the sound quality is 10X better than the headphones that came with your ipod. Fast shipping, i bought them Sunday and got them wednesday,It seems like the hesh and lowriders are poorly built. but not these. the headband is super soft. the earcuffs are soft. they arent over the ear more like on the ear. which is fine with me.they arent super bulky like the hesh, but dont fold up like the lowriders. but these do allow you to some what fold them up. over all these are great!they don't leak sound either. i have my ipod half volume and these headphones dont leak the sound. which is awesome if your in study hall in high school like i am. i love these!!The only problem i can think of is the bar that slides down to adjust. its kinda unsighlty, but that is minor.The best headphones i have ever owned!!

the headphones arrived a few days before they had to arrive so i was extra happy the cuality of the headphones are great the sound is not bad i had to fix the setting on my phone to acoustic cause the bass just took everything away the high and lows are not that bad i notice it depends on the bit rate of the song, i tried it out by playing the same song and defferent levels of rate the higher the better. everyone knows that my girls loves them so know i have to buy a set for her but i deff like the agents ...

Great great pair of headphones.Got them quick. Great color, loved the paint job. The other agent headphones have some cool designs but this one is an eyecatcher.Out of package they looked small, and I was worried they wouldn't totally cover my ears; but they did. They do take some getting used to, as the speakers are tilted forward and it squeezes a little different on your head; but after about 10-15 minutes you forget about it. The sound quality is great, with good bass.Built rugged, with braided wire and metal adjusters. I have tried the Hesh style, but with the all plastic design (mainly the plastic adjusters) they actually broke after some strenuous use. Only these and the fold up lowriders have actually lasted some time.I definitely recommend these

I ordered these headphones looking for something with decent to good quality in black and over the ear. These are nice looking, they have a few details but are overall pretty sleek. So far, I've had them about a week, the quality has been good! The cord is unique as it is made of a nylon like material and is more like a string than the traditional rubber cord, which makes it flexible and seemingly durable. Going from apple earbuds to these i think the sound quality is good. I am a girl and have pretty normal sized ears and they just fit over my ears, and they are kind of snug on my head but I suspect they will stretch after a little while. Overall I really like them and would definitely recommend them!! :)

Exactly what I was looking for. I love the Agent headphones. I had a pair before and my cat chewed through the cord. These have great sound, are comfortable, and very portable. They aren't noise canceling but I didn't want them to be. I wear them at work and I can still hear when people are chatting close by....or crank the volume up and no one is the wiser.**Updated 4 months later: Jan 2015** - As many other users have stated, these are not the best quality. I use them gently and never transport them. They sit on my desk at work and I use them a few hours a week. Four months in there is a short in the cord and no longer have sound in the right side. Contacted the seller and they were rude and offered no help. Skullcandy returned the same results: no help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY....THESE WILL BREAK. I'm so sad because I loved the headphones but at the end of the day its just not worth it. Going through two pairs....I'm done with Skullcandy.

I don't usually spend a lot on headphones because I always break them. And...I broke em. The cord got wrapped around something and I must've pulled it out a little. I've been told Skull Candy is good about exchanges, so I'm going to attempt that. The sound was pretty good, could be better. I love the fun design. I have another pair of fancier Skull Candys and thay are fantastic! The sound is REALLY good and the cord is removable, so I can't screw that up again.

Super Klang, schneller Versand, aber leider bekam ich nach ca. 1 Monat einen Kabelbruch den ich nicht schön fand. Aber trozdem ganz ok.

1000円くらいの安物のイヤホン派でしたが、値下がりしていたこともあり購入してみました。正直、音漏れとかはあまりなく、また音質にこだわるタイプではないので満足でした。しかしながら、長時間付けるには耳が痛すぎて耐えられないです。使用後20日ほどでヘッドホン本体側のケーブルの根元が断線したのか突然片耳が聞こえなくなりました。アメリカでは有名なものらしいですが、ちょっとがっかりです。耐久性や耳に対する負担を考えてないです。

届いてみて、早速開封（ブリスターパッケージ）！！！！したはいいのですが・・・出来が安っぽい・・・開放型で音量を大きくすると、とてもうるさいです。音質の方もあまりよくありません。迫力のあるサウンドは出るのですが・・・安物買いの銭失いでした。

劣化していて、プラ部分がメタメタしました。デザインがいいだけに残念。とりあえず飾ってます。

デザインと音質（低音マニアなら）は抜群ですが、この価格なら音質の良い国産品がお勧め。
