The OCEAN REEF Neptune III Package is guaranteed to be free of material or manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the time the unit is purchased, except the Neptune III IDM that has a limited lifetime warranty (check specific card for professional line products). 2. For the duration of the above mentioned warranties, the Company’s responsibility is limited to replacement of any parts that are defective and that have not been used incorrectly or handled negligently. The product must be returned to the outlet from which it was bought, along with the warranty card. 3. Even during the guarantee period, this guarantee shall not be valid where: • Damage was caused by incorrect handling or carelessness. • Damage was caused by the mask falling after it was purchased. • Damage caused by fire, earthquake, floods, lightning, or other natural disasters. • The warranty card is not produced. • Our name, the date of purchase, and the distributor name do not appear on the warranty card. • The product has not been serviced as required through an OCEAN REEF authorized service center. • The product has been tampered with or has been repaired/serviced with non-original parts. |

I really like this mask. Easy to breath from and very comfortable.
A little pricey but worth the money. Really like how easy to breath from the mouth or nose.

Great concept but leaks to no end. Some have to be fit tested.
I've got videos of me doing 4 dives all leaking. The air just kept coming out where my temples are. I do have a narrow face to be fair. I had to be fit tested 3 times in the military because of my narrow face having sealing issues. Man I really truly wanted this to work!!!

EXCELLENT NEW MASK!!
I have two other Ocean Reef FFMs as a professional salvage diver; one being the "Predator". This new FFM is much improved for breathing resistance and efficiency. Field of view is better as well. VERY satisfied as a long-time Ocean Reef FFM user.
