For that question you should ask manufacturer what RPM there rated for to be on the safe side.

What is the load restriction on this bearing?

I would recommend that you consider a higher quality bearing if you are concerned about load rating. While these are good quality for the price, they are still very poor quality bearings, and as such, I suggest that any load ratings offered be taken with a grain of salt. For what it's worth, a pair is holding up nicely on a lightweight go-kart.

What type of oiling/greasing is required and is that brass nipple on the side for an oil line

That brass nipple is a grease zert to add grease type lubrication from a grease gun.

Is this a 1" nominal bore for the hole (1.315")?

Yes, the core hole is slightly greater than 1" because it would be impossible to fit a 1" Bolt into a 1" hole. But it's smaller than 1.315. It's closer to 1.125 to 1.25. but not as large as 1.315.

Great self aligning bearings

For the folks who wrote reviews about the bearings being misaligned, simply clamp the two bearings back to back and squeeze them together.The self aligning bearings will line up so that each starts out being at 90 degrees to the mounting face. But, if the shaft is not at 90 degrees to the face in use, the bearings will self align and not fail due to a misalignment.Great product and a great price.Thanks much

Jib Crane bearing supports

I use these pillow bearings on my 2 ton Jib Crane to handle a 10 foot I-beam supporting up to 4000 pounds of weight. Self aligning bearings, don’t panic.

I received these and read the reviews where one of the bearings was out of alignment. Well mine had both out of wack. Put a 1/2” bolt in them and tapped them lightly and the paint broke loose to set them center. They are designed to allow for some slop if your flange mounts are not exactly parallel. Don’t panic, just use a little elbow grease to break them free and they will align correctly.
