My kindergartener LOVES this book!Super cute with neat stories that keep him intrigued, always excited to see what ending he gets next!Easy enough for him to read but challenging enough to not bore him

Cute read for the early chapter book stage! My second grader has been using this for reading assignments and it has been perfect for his grade level. I’d say he is an average to above average reader for anyone trying to gauge if this is appropriate for your child. He doesn’t love to read but hasn’t whined about this book. The storylines have also been appropriate for the 6-8 year old range as well.

Nostalgia for me. Piqued curiosity for the kids 4 and 3).Some of the endings were a little scary for littles.

My husband grew up with choose your own adventure books and once our son started to learn to read at school we were burning through books left and right and weren't really purchasing any books except for going to the library. These books my son has read for months over and over because each different choice leads you into a different storyline.

Great for young readers. Lots of fun reading and making their own stories. My six year old grandson loved this book. I will purchase other titles. The illustrations are really well done

I loved Choose your own Adventure books as a kid, and couldn't wait to introduce them to my own children who are 5 & 8. I chose to start with one that had full-color illustrations and this sure did start us off right! It is a beautifully illustrated book, with heavy pages that will stand up to many readings. The children love taking turns picking the adventures while we read at bedtime and are totally blown away that the story can be over, and start again, without having reached the back cover!!!

Many books say that their books are for a 6 yr old, but it is more like a 12 yr old. This one is truly for beginners. My grandson found this to be the most interested one.Opens up the imagination.

I bought this for my daughter to introduce her to the Choose Your Own Adventure style of books. This was a very good book with a fun and interesting storyline. My daughter really enjoyed it and it helped to get her interested in reading on her own, which I was very pleased about. I always enjoyed this type of book as a kid myself, and I'm so glad to see that they are still being written today.
