I bought 2 different sets. The other was the Y YHY Pasta Bowls. These are way better and an inch bigger. Better quality and better color. These are a true porcelain white. The others were almost ivory. Buy these!!

My husband loves these, mainly for the fact that they contain his dinner in a smaller than dinner plate size without spilling. I love them because after getting a set of Mikasa bone china dishes a few years ago, I wondered why I had ever used anything else. They are lightweight, and are extremely resistant to chipping, cracking or breaking. They don't stain from stainless silverware or foods, and come out the dishwasher shiny every time. As my husband does, I love the Delray pasta dishes for our everyday dinners--they work for pasta, soup, casserole, just about anything you'd care to serve in them, and the plain white design matches all Mikasa patterns.

I’m glad I purchased these to go with the complete dinnerware set. They’re very versatile. Classic and simple style is casually elegant and goes with anything. One bowl was broken on arrival, but Mikasa sent a new set without asking for the originals to be returned. So I ended up with a few extra bowls.

I had to send it back as it was WAY TOO Large!
