Very useful, and to me, a life saver!!!
While visiting my mother recently I noticed her oxygen tubing was winding around itself and kinking, which was also cutting off the amount of oxygen she was actually getting. It reminded me of those old phone cords that become so kinked that eventually the length is completely gone.I immediately researched and purchased this product that day. As promised, it arrived 2 days later, which was very important as I was only there for 5 days and I live 10 hrs away. Although my mom was very nervous about me "playing around with her oxygen", it was very easy to replace the straight connector with this swivel one.I was somewhat concerned, because some reviews indicated the swivel could slightly reduce the oxygen flow, so I kept checking her oxygen level with a device also purchased through Amazon Prime. Her oxygen level remained stable throughout my visit and no more kinked tubing. That was approx. 2 weeks ago. She called me last night to again thank me for this swivel connector. Such a small inexpensive item has greatly reduced the stress and inconvenience she had been experiencing previously. I only wish I had known about the problem and this product earlier. I will certainly be purchasing more of these for her to have on hand.*One note to be aware of though, my mom would not have been able to switch the connectors herself. Obviously they need to fit tightly inside the ends of the tubing so it takes a little, not much though, strength to connect them completely. I highly recommend these.

Works great with a little modification
I've just started using these Salter Labs foam ear cushions for use with my nasal cannulas. Salter Labs is the same company that makes the cannulas I order from Innogen. I tried a different brand first, but these seem to stay attached to the cannula tubing better than the Westmed brand. But for those who are still experiencing problems with the cushions falling off, you might want to try either using thread to tie at a few places along the length of the cushion, or use "a very tiny amount" of glue at four or five places along the slit of the cushions. Just be careful because too much glue could melt the cushion and/or cannula, or become scratchy and uncomfortable against the ear. I've found that not only are the cushions more comfortable, especially while sleeping, but they allow me to extend the usage time of the cannula before having to replace it with a new one. At around a dollar a pair for the cushions, it's well worth the price to me.

Good, but finicky
Overall these are great, but as they slip on and don't have adhesive they're terrible about working their way off if the person wearing the cannula isn't careful. So in our case that means they come off a lot. For others, that not be a big concern. Otherwise they're great about minimising irritation and very easy to put on.

Save your money
Horrible! They don't stay on. I was constantly having to put them back on. The slit in the cover meant to be easy on was also, easy off- as they didn't stay.

Would be great -- if they stayed on
When applied, they do exactly what you hope for... Cushion the cannula, adds comfort to the ears, prevents chafing and scraping and does a great job.The failure of the product is that it barely even wants to stay put. Sometimes you can't even place them without them releasing themselves and getting lost. And if you're lucky enough to get them to stay, they won't stay for long. I've found them in my hair, inside my shirt, on the floor, and as a newly appearing cat toy.The design needs improvement so it can hold better on the cannula tubing (bends helps complicate that), or a good method needs to be recommended to get them to stay put. If you only get hours of use, it has no positive value as a promising product against an annoying problem.

Great to use if you have someone on oxygen
I'd ordered these for my mom as she'd developed sores from the nasal cannula she was wearing. When she passed away, I still had pretty much the whole supply left over, so I donated them to the rehab facility she was at. They worked well and fit on the tubes super easy.

NOT AS ADVERTISED
We bought these for my husband as it is needed because he wears the canula and wanted to feel more comfortable over the ears. Well, we received them and as hard as it is to believe, neither one of us could get them on. We would open them up and put the canula in it but no matter how hard we tried, the canula would continue to pop out and not work. Had to return.

No More Sore Ears
These cushions slip on the oxygen tubing easily. To keep them on use a little super glue to close each cushion. Make sure the cushion is in the right place for wear as the super glue may stick to the oxygen tubing. My Wife used these cushions for 8 years and now it's my time. They Work!
