They are exactly the measurements they say but not what I needed which isnt their fault it was mine bc I didnt account for width. Even though I cant use them for what I initially wanted to I found other uses for then and they are great!

Everything was fine, great, glad I found them-until I tried to heat-seal them. Even tried a very low setting, which then wouldn't close 'em up. If you are just tying a ribbon around them, they are perfect-how nice to have non-petrol plastic alternatives! We all need to work toward that. :) I do commend the company for going green and helping all of us do likewise.

I needed a bag that was flat at the bottom..just like how this product says and shows in the picture BUT it's not flat. it's a regular bag. Also no twist ties either.
