So, I just bought this product, it arrived on time and the packaging looks really carefully put together which I loved. The issue is I couldn't try it yet, when I was trying to set it up the top piece that connects to the placid is not going back far enough for it to lock on the right side.I really want to try this product out so I emailed Flycam and want to get it replaced, not refunded. I will update this review as they reply. I wrote mi email at 9 pm, of October 12th,.The reasoning behind my two stars is that, have not tried the product due to bad quality control, but would love to try it and give it an actual review of how it works.Update October 16thTheir customer service is helping me a lot with getting it work so I can get my flowline, we had a small delay but mainly it was me confusing them. But we are days away from getting mine again and testing it out, will update how I work with it, but their customer service 5 stars.Final update, they fixed everything amazing customer support amazing rig

The guys at FLYCAM went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with my product and i am extremely happy with their help as well as the product. It is everything you can ask from a vest like this. The product is sturdy, the parts feel well made, and the price is way better than the competition. Absolutely recommend. It helps take the weight off your hands and gets rid of micro jitters you get with some handheld shots. The weight capacity is also great as i am able to use it with lighter handheld rigs as well as fully built out cinema rigs. I do wish a lock in the top hook and the vest (i use this with the docking bracket) and that does come off at times when stored vertically. But that is nit picking. Great product, trustworthy brand.

Tengo una configuración muy pesada: blackmagic 12k con un lente RED 18-85 cinema. Todo pesa más de 30lbs y este chaleco lo soporta muy bien y es cómodo.

Easy to use, but needs regular checking to keep it at top level, but good addition to any production.
