These rubber soles would be perfect for that. You should use contact cement to glue them to your shoes. It's important to wash the rubber soles with dish washing detergent first, to remove any oily residue from manufacturing. I used these on a pair of leather soled cowboy boots to add grip and comfort, and they worked out great.

I don't know crocs well, but it should work if the soles are smooth (no deep treads).
